REALTORS® who STEAL
The majority of REALTORS® are hard working honest people just trying to make a living, there are those agents however who are too lazy to do their own work and feel the need to steal content from others.
Content theft, is it a big deal?
In College and Highschool passing off someone elses work as your own are pretty stiff, why should it be any different in the real world?
High Home Turnaround at the Beach
Ask any honest REALTOR® in Rehoboth Beach and they will tell you that they don't sell every home they list. Many homes are on the market for a couple years with a couple different REALTORS® and because this is a vacation retreat community with high turnaround many houses that are purchased are back on the market a couple years later. Every expired, closed and withdrawn 'home for sale' listing text description and listing photo that was ever taken of a property are stored in the MLS database. These images and descriptions are stored there for informational purposes, not to use as a source to plunder other agents hard work. If you want photos that look as good as mine go out and spend $3000 on a Nikon and learn to use it just as I did.
Exposing REALTORS® who steal.
Without further ado I present my list of theives and villians who have copied my home descriptions word for word or have tried to pass off my photography as their own over the years.
- Margaret Mood with Jack Lingo. Stole my interior photos for MLS Listing #576798
- Pat Campbell White Team / RE/MAX Realty Group. Stole not only my photos but copied my remarks section text word for word. MLS listing #560867. They cleaned up most of it after I complained to SCAOR
To keep from being added to my list of REALTORS® who Steal - stop stealing & do your own work!!!
