Senators – Lewes DE – 27 Sales Opening Day
September 2012 Opening Day, the new Schell Brothers community named SENATORS in Lewes Delaware managed to sell 27 lots.
What’s all the fuss? Why are they selling so quickly? The neighbouring communities of Hawkseye and Wolfe Pointe have home prices starting at around $700K, in Senators prices start in the mid $300’s. In addition to the low prices the community will be one of the first in the area to offer natural gas rather than propane for heating.
